IML, in-mold label, is taking PP synthetic paper as the basic material, whose surface is treated and printed with the trademark, and coated on the back with a special hot melt adhesive before die-cutting to make the label.
There are Blow IML and Injection IML, the former of which is more popular.
Blow IML refers to the processing that is having the printed synthetic paper fed into the mold with a manipulator, during the molding process of the plastic product, the residual heat of the resin is used to fuse the label and the finished product together.

IML Synthetic Paper is widely used for plastic bottle labels, such as oil barrels, food bottles, shampoo bottles, container lid and bucket.
